The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly, effortlessly accommodating our needs. We loved the cleanliness and comfort of our family room, which was perfect for our stay. The location is fantastic, being a short walk from the rose garden and offers city transit passes for convenience. Would definitely return!

The bathroom layout needs attention, a distinguishing shower area would be helpful!!! Also, larger pillows would significantly enhance comfort, as those tiny decorative ones are not quite sufficient!!!

fantastic base for exploring the heart of bern

During my stay, I truly appreciated how close everything was. the Swiss Alpine Museum and the stunning Old City are just a short walk away, making it easy for someone like me who enjoys strolling through beautiful landscapes and historic sites. The service at reception was particularly impressive, even with a large number of guests checking in, and I loved that the public transport was conveniently located just across the street, allowing for quick access to various attractions around the city.
